The importance of proper setbacks

Proper setbacks can avoid this

If Chatham Kent council does not require reasonable setbacks to avoid known risks the taxpayer will be on the hook for any lawsuits. We understand that council is enthusiastic about industrial wind farms in our rural areas but that enthusiasm should not blind them to the liabilities of bad planning.
This was Altona New York last month. Good thing this was a service road little traveled.

Intermittent and expensive wind power is about as effective at generating electricity as having a propeller on your beanie. Quit fooling around. The amount of electricity our society requires can only be produced by nuclear power generation facilities.

That collapsed turbine is the exact same model that Gengrowth is putting up here in C-K (and other companies plan to use it to)…
Did they find out the problem or is the manufacturer shipping its’ rejects over here?
